Get them professionally waxed. They know the correct shape and can help you to keep it going on your own once you know what your doing. Check the salons that do bikini wax they probably do eyebrows too.

If you've been waxing them for a long time, odds are the new hair growth is softer and finer than the hair that didn't get waxed. Maybe try trimming your eyebrow hair for a while? Just wet your eyebrows, and use a small, fine comb and comb them straight up. Anything that overlaps your natural brow line gets cut with a pair of small scissors. Then comb down and repeat.

When i re grew my eyebrows i made sure i had a shape in mind and then when a hair grew that i didnt need i plucked it. This just makes it more easier to prevent a monobrow! However, sometimes when you have plucked or waxed alot the hairs become thiner and eventually stop growing, this may be the problem.

i know you wish you were me, because mine grow at an exponential rate. and I know I wish i was you, because I just got them waxed like in October and now it looks like they've taken a life of their own.
Anyway, be careful when experimenting with different shapes. What if you don't like the new shape? Then you'll have to wait a long time to change it.
If you wax your eyebrows often enough, the hair won't grow back. I'm still waiting for that to happen to me!

For now I would just pluck any stray hairs or ones trying to form a uni-brow. Don't try to shape them while you're growing them out, but keep them plucked enough to where you don't have big bushy eyebrows!

it takes a really long time for some reason I took out a huge chunk out of my eyebrow once and it took all summer to grow back. I just completely stopped plucking and its been 2 years now and they look fine

Apply 5% Rogaine to stimulate eyebrow follicles.
Don't pluck - try to trim existing hairs instead if needed. Use clear mascara or tinted brow gel to tame brows.
"Try topical 5 percent Rogaine Extra Strength, applied with a Q-tip to the areas where you want regrowth. If the follicles are still viable, you should see results in four to six months. Till then, fill in the gaps with brow gel or pencil (both adhere to the skin better than powder) one shade lighter than your hair color, and blend with an eyebrow brush, says Ramy Gafni, makeup artist and founder of Ramy Beauty Therapy cosmetics." http://www.oprah.com/health/beauty/health_beauty_200404_eyebrows.jhtml
