Perhaps Maestro limpio, or Senor limpio (I think limpiar means to clean in Spanish)

I didn't undesrtand your question very well, but I woud say: "El maestro de la limpieza...." (Master Cleans) or "El señor de la limpeza.." (Mister Cleans)
