If anybody who does not follow the quran is said not tobe a muslim, then can i take it that as everybody has a tendency to sin and break rules. then there are no muslims in the world.

Quran also talks about repentance and mercy of God. You should not make comments without reading Quran. Ignorance is an evidence against yourself not against muslims.We have different categories of sins which through a person out of fold of Islam, not all sins are same.

If you believe that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammed is his messenger you are a muslim... no matter how big ur sins are nor how many rules you break.. If u die believing that then you die as a muslim.....

And they think they are very pious Christ like and never commit any sins.
Oh my mistake, they can comit sins day and night without any thing to worry about for themselves, because their sins are already forgiven.

Sin is a part of human being. Being a Muslim does not mean you will not sin. But in Islam, unlike Christianity, sin is on your skin, not in your blood, which you can wash and re-wash with prayers.
And God has promised that He will forgive All sins, as long as long we turn to Him for help.

If he says the Quran is right in part wrong in part - not a Muslim - if he sins - depending on what he done - still Muslim if he belives in the laws.
