Allergists can screen you to see what types of things are a causing your allergies. They do this by making tiny scratches in your skin and applying drops of known allergens to see which ones cause a reaction. With this info, they can prescribe an antihistamine or give you shots that desensitize you.

Yes there is My Son and Daughter just this done last week,They can do it on the arm or back. They have a square thing that has 4 little plastic edges on it and they take 5 of this and scrape your back with them and it is just a bit uncomfortable and then you have to wait 15 minutes or so and it will show everything you are allergic to,They will go row by row,If this is your 1st time getting this done they will do a allergy food test on your back also.It will be like 6 rows on your back, when they test is finished the welts will pop up and they will read the test.My Son is allergic to 21 one things and my Daughter 8.

You could get allergy testing done by an allergist. If you have sensitive skin, the tests may show you as being more allergic than you actually are, but the tests will give you an idea of what your worst triggers are.

If your seasonal allergies are worst in the spring, tree pollen is probably the culprit. Grass and weed pollen are released in the summer, and ragweed pollen is released in the fall.

Yes but you need to see an allergist who will subject you to many tests. It's not a fun or easy process from what I hear.

I have mild allergies. I'm not going to do it. I'm not sufficiently bothered.

It's not that bad to get the testing done...the most , at worst, is a bad itchy spot. Only minor annoyince in my thoughts because it shows what it wrong, and gives you a way to fix it!
