At my job, i got like 3 pretty ladies that come in, whats a good way to compliment them?

Lady no 2: Tell her she has a lovely hairdo
Lady no 3: Tell her dat she lookin beautiful as always

It sucks because a lot of places see that as sexual harassment. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with complimenting a girl at work. It will flatter them and make them feel good about themselves. However some girls do not like to be complimented. It all depends on their reaction when you tell them. Personally I like to compliment girls on their hair. Because believe it or not most girls are really picky on how their hair looks. Also compliment them on their apparel.

In the Anglosphere, there is no good way for a man to compliment women in the workplace. Political correctness runs amok.

Compliment her hair or jewelry. If you compliment a female specifically on her clothes, that means you're paying too much attention to her body. The exception to that is commenting on outerwear such as a coat, scarf, or jacket. Most importantly,be genuine!

You don't need to compliment them on something you pull out of the air. Women see through that. Instead, ask their opinion on something. Women want to feel needed. If you say, "Hey - I have been thinking and thinking about X. I was wondering if I could get your feedback on it." We eat that up!
Just don't make it sexual - about decorating - about clothes - or cologne.

The best way to compliment a woman or anyone is to really LISTEN to what what they say and give it your undivided attention.
There is a guy at the gas station who really made me feel like a million bucks one day when I came in and he said "You sure look nice today". I said "Thank you", and then he said "No, thank YOU".
That made me feel good.

You don't want to be creepy, but maybe pinpoint what it is that you think is most attractive about them and tell them: "you've got beautiful eyes," or "your lips are better than Angelina's." Just make them feel beautiful, but not lusted after - - that can come later. :-D

the best way to even get a girls attention is to listen to them or at least act like it...tell them they look nice or that they smell good ( even though they may not be wearing perfume) be nice and charming guys think alot of women like bad *** people but we dont we like people who care enough to listen

Just be honest. If you notice they are doing their hair different one day notice it. If you like what they are wearing. Just don't over do it or two things could happen. They may just think you are lying or they may think you are that crazy stalker guy and never come back.

Tell them they have a lovely smile, a beautiful hair, beautiful eyes, or lovely hands and such.
Don't mention smell. They'll think your a freak.
Don't mention certain body parts (breasts, bottom, legs, etc). They'll think your a rude pervert.
