unfortunately scientology is recognized. Perhaps the jedi on the planet need to start an uprising until they are also recognized. Losers of the world unite! Bring forth thy fake light saber and fill the streets! Put on your retarded outfits and stand up for your religion!!!

Because Scientology had enough money and power to lean on the US government.
I'd like to correct this as I did a little reading. They didn't just lean on the government, they bribed them by trading valuable property and land for virtually worthless land, and also dug up incriminating evidence on the IRS commissioner. Sounds religious to me.
