Are people really that lazy?

It burns me up too! Talk about lazy; Its people like them that rubbish their own country because they have no pride in anything including themselves. I had an occasion when I was in a park taking a stroll and someone simply threw an empty cigarette packet in the lawn. It would have been less than 10 feet from the bin. They wouldn't dare do this in some cities and town today as there are hefty on the spot fines that apply now as the city and town administrator are totally fed up as well. I would like to know how much of the council rates we pay go toward cleaning up someone Else's mess.

part of it is people are lazy the main reason though is they dont care. They expect someone else to pick up after them. They expect someone else to take care of their responsibilities. Most of the time they expect the government to do all this for them.
Biggest proof of this is to look at the court systems and the various lawsuits of there or even the media. The best but most tragic example I can give is the columbine massacre. One of the parents makes a statement in front of the cameras "I didnt know they were stock piling weapons in the garage. I didnt know why they were spending so much time in there." My though process is its your house, your kid you damn well need to know what they are doing. Those parents should spend time in jail, which brings up another topic which I honestly believe there should be a required license for breeding. If you get pregnant without a license its jail time. There are so many people out there having kids when they should and Im not talking bout just teen pregnancies I'm talking about cases like britney spears etc.

those are the type of people wondering why is there trash laying all over the street, and wondering why the ozone is disapating. UUUMMMMM. Stop being so dam lazy people.

I think its cuz their parents and the people they grew up with didn't care. I live in the country and my family has always picked up garbage when we see in down our roads, I do the same thing!

Those people were not taught dignity or etiquette. Imagine if people were allowed to throw garbage anytime, anywhere, wed be living in our own filth! They have no respect for their environment and their parents didnt teach them any.

Laziness and just plain SLOBS. Alot of these people are the same ones that throw their nasty cigarette butts out the windows of their cars.
