Evolution is the answer. What bugs me is religious groups are now trying to combine science and religion, essentially throwing in the towel. But what irks me is the fact that you CAN'T put science and religion together. Science looks to prove things with evidence and fact, religion is a set of beliefs no one can proove. You can't say evolution was the design of God. That's unprovable and ignorant. They are incoorperating a known event with an unprovable thing. With that line of logic you can say the Unicorn is the direct cause of earthquakes.
Sorry for the rant but it seemed appropriate.

If intelligent design is true and man was made in God's image - why have humans improved so much? Have we become greater than god?
Science can improve a species, change it's colour, size and many other things in many cases within months or a few years. Are scientists better and more efficient than God?
Where did all the fossils come from? Was it some other god's failures or the Christian god practicing and getting it wrong?

Try global warming, deforestation at obscene paces, pollution of natural habitats and hunting, Greed
For instance, polar bears are dying off. Why? Is it because they were created in an inferior manner? No because global warming, for which humans are directly responsible, is ruining their home. What about species that have been hunted to the point of extinction.... the silverback gorilla for example.
Put another way, if EVOLUTION is true, why do species not evolve to a point where they can learn to avoid hunters, survive on different food sources when their own has been depleted, swim in oil-laden muck instead of clean water....

When God created the world, He put man over the animals and birds and fish because man was created in the image and likeness of God. Man was given an eternal soul. Animals, birds and fish were not.
When a species disappear, that means that God was done with them. They were no longer useful in the sceme of His design for the world.
Those who believe in evolution think that God has put the same value on animals and their life that He puts on man. God wants man to live with Him in heaven for eternity. That is why man was given an eternal soul. Everything else was put on earth for man to use. To be lord over. To take care of.

the ideas are sensible layout OR Evolution, sensible layout could of course have us have faith that some mythical sensible being crafted all we see from clay vs evolution which exhibits of course how we and all residing creatures continuously evolve to greater acceptable adapt to community situations for greater survivability.

Because God wanted to see how quickly the inferior ones would be killed and eaten.
Pretty sad.
Our eyes suck, too. At least compared to a squid's.
