Over the weekend, I was supposed to hang out with my boyfriend. We had agreed on Sunday and I told him to call me at 11:30 that day so that I could tell him where to meet me at the mall. We don't see each other much, so this was a big deal. Sunday comes and I forget my cell at home and I'm working later than expected, so I call him at 9 am and leave a message telling him to call me back at 1 pm. His phone was off. At lunch (about 11:00) I call his phone again on a different number. His phone is on, but he doesn't answer. I don't leave a message. At about 1 pm, I call for the last time. His phone is off. I haven't talked to him and needless to say, I'm kind of pissed. Should I call to see what happened? I haven't had my cell, so he has no way to get in contact with me because he doesn't know a number to reach me on. As of now, I've stopped calling him my boyfriend.

Hmmmmm. One of those typical I-know-its-not-his-fault-but-I'm-not-to-blame-either issues. I can't really tell you WHAT to do, but then
a) when you agree on a date, double check the evening before
b) in a situ like this...don't sulk !
Obviously the chap is a bit p****d with you as well and maybe he's sulking too. You don't have a number where he could reach you so obviously he's irritated at you too.
What can you do
You can write. That's right. Send him a mail and explain what happened and that you will still wait for him to call and see what happens. If he's still off, wait for him to cool off a bit and then let's see what we can do. Don't judge the bloke too harshly based on the last incident.
Hope you guys kiss under the mistletoe and make merry up !

Why don't you give him an alternate number to reach you? If you don't have access to your cell, how do you know he hasn't been trying to call you? Since you don't know, I don't think you should be harsh on him yet. When you get your cell, if there are no calls or messages, that's something else. But for now, call him and leave him a number where you can be reached so he can get ahold of you.

What the heck!?
It is NOT his fault. He probably wasn't expecting you to be calling fomr anywhere BUT ur cell and he might have been trying to reach you on that all day. Thats so dub if ANYTHING hes probably angry with you! Its not his fault so if ur mad ur not good enough for him anyways........

Next time use ordinary letters? At-list you can wait some days before you get the next letters?
