my problem is always guiltiness and i don't have any other problems in life
guilt always sticks around until i convince myself that it's not something to be guilty about
the problem is, when im guilty, i can't do anything properly because i lose confidence in everything
it might be depression, but im very motivated, which doesn't fit with one of the symptoms
simply, i lose confidence in every movement and even thinking, so i can't watch a movie properly, enjoying it when im guilty
my guilt is nothing serious
it has no impact on others' lives, but only mine, which i haven't been guilty about
for example, i can't put things anywhere, lie, or exaggerate
i then have to correct it to get rid of the guilt

I hate to use the term "abnormal." However, I would say it is not "normal." It sounds like obsessive compulsive disorder, which can mean obsessive thoughts. The compulsive behavior in your case, is what you have to do to correct the situation so you don't feel guilt. I suggest you discuss this with your doctor. My son was having this type of problem, and medication was very helpful. In addition to medication, there are also some good books on the topic that deal with helping you look at the situation logically. Good Luck.

This sounds like your perceptions are especially sensative.
It also sounds as if there is fear, whether reasonable or unreasonable.
There may be some confusion as to what it is to:
BE guilty, and to FEEL guilt.
Feeling guilt can be attached to what is true, or it infact can be a false guilt, and is not reasonably attached to a situation or a relationship.

I would hope you connect with a Counselor and talk each week for a few months. This can be a genuine help, coaching you on how you perceive yourself and understanding what to do with real guilt and false guilt.

Going to church can help too, as they also deal with guilt issues.

Go do something that will really cause you guilt. Pound a sack full of kittens with a hammer. Toss garbage into a friends swimming pool. Roll your car in a tunnel during rush hour. When you do something awful you'll have great gobs of guilt and it'll never go away. Narrows it down. Remember the Angstrom and don't sweat the small stuff.
