Call girls can have a separate agenda for telling you something like that. Many of them have "sugar daddys" they can fall back on in case they have a slow business period, or if they get busted for solicitation. So she may have been trying to play you for that. She may also be having second thoughts about her profession and thinks you may be a way out for her if she makes you feel that you are the one who can save her from a life of crime. Her emotions playing into what happened may be real if you just said she was just OK, but more than likely, she was putting on an act.
