I bet you a MILLION $$$ they have atleast roundowrms. They may have something worse, like coccidia also.
You can feed them a better dry kitten food, and stop the cannned. You can soak the dry in warm water to make it soft, but that really is not needed.
BUT...they need to go to the vet with a fecal sample so they can get wormed and vaccinated!!!!!
The more you keep changing the food, the more chance of diarrhea there is.

check there fecal matter, does it have worms in it, if so they can be wormed which there is a product in the pet department of stores, please follow the directions, cause if you don't, you can create more problems, its real easy to do, i have used that product and also kittens are born with worms... as for the pooping 13x that is not normal kittens do poop alot but not that much you also did not mention if it was diarrhea, please make sure the litter is cleaned out or they will not use, if you are upset about problems, you can always call the vet office to ask questions, if they think it is serious enough they will tell you to bring them in... also do not forget the kittens need to have their first shots at 9 weeks, and also have them spayed/ neutered, females at 16 weeks and males at 36 weeks... as for the food it does say in my book that kittens should start out with canned food, but at 8 weeks i gave my kittens only dry food, and my cats are now, 12, 10, 7 months, 10 weeks.. so good luck with your new friends

that food sounds extremely rich for a kitten tummy are you putting water in the food? you dont need to do that their teeth are capable of chewing the crunchy food. a better quality food would be better. if money is a problem pro plan and nutro are much better than kitten chow and not that expensive. if you cant afford that then try meow mix kitten as a change nine lives also makes a kitten food. try to lay off the wet food

Six weeks old!!! and you don't mention a mother??? No wonder they are ill if they have been taken away from their mother at this age. They need to be 13 weeks before being separated otherwise they have no immunity against diseases and the slightest thing could kill them. They are very vulnerable and need to be back with their mother and to receive veterinary treatment.

They probably have worms, you need to have them de-wormed by the vet. Don't worry it is very commom in kittens and puppies.

Get them to the vet ASAP for deworming and vaccinations. Rest assured, they have worms and maybe more.
