During the work week I prefer to eat simple and lite... Steamed or broiled fish and salad & fruit. Or steamed veggies and a pasta dish. On the weekends I go a little heavier and may have fresh tuna or sword fish, an octopus salad or steamed mussles... Beef, lamb, pork or chicken in a variety of way and in anycase I always have a salad and almost always a fruit too.

Oooh, I have a few. I love baked ziti (only I make it with shells, fiori, and penne mixed). I also love a good Jewish brisket (pot roast to you gentiles ;D). Another favorite is chicken cacciatorre, which is kind of like a chicken stew with tomato sauce and pasta. Mmmmmmm. Delicious!

Dinner, LOL. I like that better than snack..
Seriously though, it love comfort food. Like roasts and scalloped potatos, or baked mac and cheese and fresh sausage. Or a burger with sauteed onions and mushrooms....

Shepherds pie, baked beans, sprouts and carrots with lashings of lovely gravy poured all over everything. Fluk me, that's made me feel rather ravenous now!

Almost any kind of stew. Pork, beef, chicken or lamb. Must have loads of different veg with it and not runny gravy.
