It would not hurt you to add a little more protein and some calcium-containing foods. to your diet.Otherwise, your diet is actually very healthy, barring any health conditions. Visit naturescorner.com, my website.

The peanut butter is good, provided it's natural and not contaminated with corn syrup, and/or high fructose corn syrup, and/or any added oils. About once a week I'll have a natural PB sandwich with natural fruit spread (just fruit and pectin, no corn syrup, HFCS, etc.) and whole wheat bread, also with non of the extra, unneeded, unnatural sweeteners. Beans make for a good, healthy protein source, too. I also agree that you're lacking calcium in your lunch. Some things I have are tofu, spinach and broccoli. As a SAHM with a husband who comes home for lunch and also cooks, I have the blessing of having cooked food for lunch. So, unfortunately, I'm not much help in the packed lunch department.
If you're interested in going the meatless route (and even if you're not), I've included a list of vegan sites that have some good recipes and might be of some help. A few I just discovered or rediscovered (like the first one) and will go through the next time I'm nursing my daughter, when I really can't type, but can read.

Nope..... Your only real source of protein is high in fat and the rest is carbs.. The 12 grain bread does have some complex carbs but besides that it is mostly simple sugars.. Grapes.. You may as well have a jelly bean!!

It sounds very healthy but consider these things to change at times for a variety in your lunch. Pack nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese and crackers, fruit cups packed in their own juice, whole grain crackers with humus. Change your lunch out with some of these things so you don't get bored with the same lunch every day.

slightly too carb satisfied, to me, persist with a difficulty-loose total wheat or total grain sandwich, with meat yet no cheese rather of PB, or a hardboiled egg or 2 rather, i might say much less rice snacks, one or 2 is extra ideal, carry a snack length dishevelled of infant carrots and yet another vegetable. Strawberries are stable, yet carry yet another fruit, according to threat the banana, or an apple, they have fiber that's stable for you, too. in case you like cheese on your sandwhich, only submit to in innovations that an ozis around a a million inch cube, and cheddar is larger in energy than others, over a hundred and twenty cal according to ounce, yet some fat in a food regimen are stable, i might keep away from the potato chips, those're tremendously lots empty energy. some carbs, some protein and a few culmination and greens are tremendously stable for a food regimen, and cheese will upload quite fat and calcium. in case you do the sandwich, take one or 2 rice issues, depending on their length, if their somewhat smaller than a CD yet those puffy discs, take a million or 2, and keep away from mayo, empty gross energy (mayo used for use to cover up the style of rotting meat in older situations).

thats a good lunch but try to change it up with maybe a sandwitch or some chicken breast. be creative. Low fats and low carbs are good. Also keep in mind that your body gets use to eating habbits such as time so switch up the time as well to trick your body .
