Sorry, but this looks too much like homework, which you can do pretty easily for yourself. All you need is a dictionary and a grammar book, which you probably already have. If you don't have a Spanish-English dictionary, there's still probably a glossary in the back of your textbook. Some of these words look like specific verb forms, so what you need to do in their case is figure out what the infinitive must be, look it up, and then check the grammar section for the particular form--person, number tense. You'll end up knowing much more that way than if someone else does it for you.
