pig's ear, tongue, lips, nose, tail,
if you have a chance to visit China, go to the market and ask the butcher which part of the pig cannot be eaten ? i'm sure he will have a hard time to answer you ... cause basically there are none ... every part of the body will not go into waste.

Ham hocks with sour kraut. Yummy! My grandma used to make head cheese by taking all of the meat off of a pigs head. (not the brains or the skin) but I would never eat it. Yuck. It looks all gelatinous and wiggly.

I have eaten pigs ears and chicken feet in a traditional Chinese restaurant. My inlaws are all Chinese, and they think that this is the best cuisine.
