It's not really bad... Really bad is NOT brushing at all... However, it's BETTER to brush at least 2x a day and floss... I'm a bit of a fanatic I brush 3x a day, use listerine mouth wash and floss about every other day... If you are worried about bad breath maybe try brushing after your lunch break and remember to brush you tongue that's where the bacteria hang out... Also, make sure your brushing for 2 min or more and that you use a new toothbrush every 3-6 months.... Good luck

yes thats really bad. just think, you brush your teeth in the morning, then eat food during the day, and that gives the bacteria, sugar etc hours and hours to rot your teeth, especially at night. wheres if you brush them at night too, you'll brush away all the bad bits. your breathe still smells in the morning because your mouth is always full of germs and bacteria, because its always damp and wet. Its the germiest thing part of your body.

You should be brushing twice a day and flossing...think of all the tartar and build up that's going on in your mouth. All of that equals bad breath...and probably gingivitis.

you should brush your teeth twice a day. day and night and more if you'd like. if your breath doesn't go away, drink some ginseng. it's rather nasty for the first time, but it's a chinese remedy. and it works.

Once a day is actually enough, *provided you clean your teeth really thoroughly*.
