I ask this because I find that the amount of wind, and solar energy needed to power our lifestyle may due as much damage as global warming, and I know that some people aren't comfortable with nuke reactors.

Wind, solar, other renewables and (yes) even nuclear do not have anywhere near the effect of global warming.

Global warming has the potential to terminate life as we know it on earth.

....... what? There is no way to make the burning of fossil fuels environmentally friendly. Also, are you trying to say using wind power and solar power are bad for the environment? Honestly, I didn't think you were that dumb. My 7yr old niece knows more about Alt energy then you. I really hope your posting this as a joke. How would wind and solar power hurt the environment? It's not like the steal the wind or sunlight, lol. There is one thing that can be done to answer your question.

*facepalm*
