If it is a natural suger that comes in fruit it is better than artificial sweetner/sugar.

Hopefully this is not all you are eating in a day. The high sugars provide no usefulness to your body although the calorie count may be low. Why not substitute an apple, pear, grapes, banana (all lower than 100 calories). Fruits and fresh vegetables (raw or cooked) should be the main part of your diet. Small amounts of protein (baked chicken or fish) and skim milk or yogurt are all "good" foods. Eating healthy will also give you more energy that those fruit and nut bars
