I think that itchy, dry, red spots would be best described as bug bites! They will go away on their own, but if they really bother you put Polysporn on it! Good luck!

Typically, skin conditions such as eczema have to do with poor dieting. Learn here https://tr.im/mRHHN
Eczema food triggers such as eggs, fish, peanuts, and soy are known to help reduce flare-ups, but this can vary from person to person. These foods may also exacerbate eczema because many people cannot properly digest the proteins, which causes an allergic reaction.

Use neem oil at night, and coconut oil during the day. The spots will go away, and it is eczema. the oils will make your skin as soft a silk. This eczema requires that you start taking 3 milk thistle capsules every morning and every evening.

You could have chicken pox, or possibly an allergic reaction to a plant or chemical like poison oak or poison ivy.
Check with a dermatologist.

Could be eczema from your brief description. My son has this reoccur each winter and it drives him nuts.
If it's eczema -- you'll need a prescription of corticosteroid cream.
Good luck

You might be having some kind of allergy (could be the weather)... try triderm cream on your arms first... to be sure though, why don't you go see a dermatologist?
