i got hit on my lower jaw and one of my teeth is loose!!!

not too loose but it does wiggle a bit.
with time, will it reharden again???
what can i do to help it???

It really depends on if there is a portion of the tooth broken or if the entire tooth took the brunt of the blow. Also, it is a possibility that this tooth could need a root canal some time due to the trauma. Keep an eye on it, if it starts to become sensitive to touch, hot and cold or notice any swelling the nerve of the tooth may have died.
I would recommend that you see a dentist to take an x-ray just to verify nothing is broke or cracked and to look at your gum situation. Under normal circumstances the gum should start to heal up within a week or two. Brush the area gently but well and rinse with warm salt water a couple times a day for approx 1 week.
Any other symptoms or if they should increase see your dentist as soon as possible.

It will heal as a cut on the arm or leg will heal. It will harden. Rinsen with salty water 3 times a day to keep it clean.

most probably it will.. dat is if it isnt too loose in the socket.. dont try to meddlle with it.. hopefully it will becom normal.. n if u feel its still loose ..it better u contact ur dentist after observing for 2 or 3 days.
