""Cow's milk is the number one source of allergies in children, and research links consumption of dairy products, including cow's milk, to colic (stomach cramps), autism, chronic ear infections, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (type 1 or "juvenile-onset" diabetes), acne, obesity, flatulence, constipation, mucus, and a variety of other ailments.""
Yep, dairy gave me chronic tonsillitis as a child that still has health repercussions in my adult life. What species continues to drink milk after being weaned from its mother? And it's not even our own species' milk!
Just because we have done it for "thousands of years" does not mean it is optimal for health. Besides, many cultures never used dairy. and those "thousands of years" are a drop in the bucket compared to our evolutionary timeline, when for the vast majority of time, we did NOT consume dairy.
Check out these two books; they are in the library:
"The Paleolithic Prescription"
"The Naturopathic Diet"
As for soy... well, just check this website- it may make you think very hard before consuming large quantities of soy

Only small calves drink a cows milk, Bulls and other cows doesn't drink a cows milk. Usually no animal, drinks another animals milk (at least from the source). So why do grown up human drink a cows milk. If it is boiled and diluted it is safer than aerated drinks.

I drank it my whole life, just about everyday. I'm still here and feeling good. Now I'm forty and the past few years it gives me a slight bit of gas, like I have a slight lactose intolerance all of a sudden, so I cut back now. Even with cheese and ice cream. Some people are born that way bad and should not drink milk.
It is of utmost importance with Oreos.

Yes, but you have to watch it to make sure it doesn't get contaminated just like any other drink product. I had cousins onece who drank milk from a goat, but the goat had been eating grass with lead in it, and lead got into it's milk, and them my poor cousins got lead poisioning. :( Not very pleasant!

For most of us. We ARE mammals, after all.
Which is why it's such a popular beverage. If it weren't digestible, I doubt that people all over the world would have been keeping animals for milk for thousands of years.
Some are allergic to lactose, of course.

Yes, but there are those who can't digest it. Something about lactose tolerant or something like that.
