I am not exactly sure why you think Christ's death and resurrection are an "outside" act. God created mankind. Mankind chose to follow temptation. God's plan for man required a sacrifice. God sent Jesus to sacrifice himself. In concert with God and the Holy Spirit, Christ came as a human being. Lived a sinless life. Proved it could be done using the Holy Spirit and praying to His Father daily---almost minute by minute. Christ's death was not an "outside act of forgiveness."
Hope you understand that after Christ died He was raised again. Again, it was not an outside act but an act of mercy and compassion.
Just my opinion.

Details, details. Sigh, that all-powerful god has been refusing medications that would help its many mental health problems but is fixated instead of forgiveness processes.
It's enough to make me start baking cherry tarts.

You misunderstand God. Just because he is all powerful does not mean that he can do anything. He will not and cannot break his own rules. That would be sin. God does not sin. He could not, for example, decide that he could just overlook people's sin. Sin brings death, not because God hates people but because sin is "anti-love". It affects not only the person, but the universe. It cannot be "wiped away". It can only be dealt with. God provided a means of dealing with it.

You are speaking of the Pauline Gospel of Blood for Sin.
Jesus preached the KINGDOM GOSPEL which is completely different. In the Original Gospel, Jesus said if we forgive others, God will forgive us.
Read about the HUGE difference between the Pauline Gospel and the Gospel Jesus actually preached in this online resource.

Why would an all-power full God give a hoot about forgiveness? Only a God with issues would be jealous cruel etc....

Good morning, Bettie! I was just reading this scripture and thinking of you:
"You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you, declares the Lord, and will bring you back from captivity" - Jeremiah 29:14
I hope you don't mind, but I really think I was meant to share that passage with you today. Have a great day!!

He said sinners die cuz Satan cant ever die due to rebellion...but then in mercy He also made a way to escape the death if we repent and start doing better...its due to the physical nature of the flesh which dies...we can have new bodies if we cooperate,
