they don't show the gun for some reason ..maybe its because cannons are hard to fit in web pages haha.

Read the entire article. It is a joke.
It is poking fun at all of the "Magnum-ites" out there. That is a fairly old article from Chuck Hawk's.

Well lets look at it like this. A 50 BMG shoots a 750gr Projectile. a 500 Smtih & Wesson Mag shoots at most a 500 gr projectile. This thing would shoot something weighing atleast 1500 to 2500gr. The ammount of powder needed to push that bullet to say 2000 fps would be a lot of pistol powder. This in turn with the pressure it is going to creat in upwards of 65 to 70,000 psi. You would need a pistol that weighed 10 to 15# that is not praticle for anything you could barly hang it on the wall. SO I call FAKE......
For your information that is not a bullet it is a cartridge or ammunition. A bullet is only part of the whole package.

There is no such thing as "too big". This is what I've been waiting for all these years. I have been lifiting Volkswagons just to build up my wrists for such a round. Now it's finally here. Oh, Happy Day!!!! I'm goping to use as my back up gun for my .577 T-Rex that I use when hunting Texas squirrels. Can't be too careful. Gotta hit them right between the eyes. The little bugers can be awfully dangerous when injured. Yep, a .577 T-Rex with an .825 Mag on my hip and I'm ready. Too big? What're you talkin ' bout?

Good article, pretty funny! I always get a laugh when people say a .270 is too small for deer/elk and that you need at least a 7mm magnum to kill them. When I first started shooting the .270 it was because the 30/30 was considered too small despite having brought down more deer than any other round before or since, (at least I think so anyway). I wonder what the 30/30 replaced, after all bigger is better!

Does anyone else think that the medical field would be over run with fractured wrists, not to mention the occasional spur hammer embedded in the forehead? Great humor though. Gotta like creative writing.

Just wait until I bring such a handgun to the shooting ranges in Houston. Several men will offer to trade their wives for one. I am a 360 pound powerlifter who has bench pressed up to 630 pounds, so here is the perfect pistol for me at last. It is nearly an 8 bore (.835"). I have asked my cousin who is a machinist to make me a 2 bore rifle and cartridge cases 5" long with 1.325" diameter bullets that weigh about 8 oz for the round balls and 12 oz or so for conical bullets. This nearly 8 bore pistol is the perfect backup for my 2 bore rifle.

It's not real, but it is very funny. A satirical look at guys who just need to have one bigger than the next guy......
Regarding hunting, this line is a classic...
"This is because big game has, undeniably, become progressively harder to kill during the last century."

They could possibly make it in a Rifle, but I don't believe they could produce one in a Handgun.*
