I feel that Bangladeshi and Indian media could have done more to warn those in the path of Typhoon Sidr. Many will die today because they didn't get sufficient warning.

Too many think India is so poor that communication is impossible. This storm was pending for days. Even newspapers can print big warnings instead of squashing the details between huge adds on the last page

I think we definitely have a moral and spiritual obligation to share with people the good news of Jesus Christ.

It is like this - if you knew the secret to eternal life, would you keep it to yourself?!?

They don't have good warning systems in place and I am sure they would have if they did. I understand they are attempting to establish protocols for that in the future

I agree, we do have a moral obligation to warn people of danger.

YES.
This can also apply to spiritual matters.

(Revelation 18:4-5) And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if YOU do not want to share with her in her sins, and if YOU do not want to receive part of her plagues. 5 For her sins have massed together clear up to heaven, and God has called her acts of injustice to mind.

Who is " Babylon the Great"?

It is the world empire of false religion.

Revelation describes 'her' as a harlot sitting on many 'waters'..controlling many people.
