Mormons taught if you had black skin you were cursed before birth for your sin. They taught if your a good mormon you eventually become white.
My question is how can you sin before birth?

your not held accountable for anyone elses sin but your own. you are born sinners because you come from a sinful line but you will not be judged by adams sin you just inherited his sin nature.
mormon doctrines are not based on the bible

There is no reference in the bible to the treatment of souls prior to birth, how can a new born baby sin that has died at birth?
Will the child go to heaven, if it had no chance to hear the message of God?
A great question which there is no real answer! But was famously portrayed in Monty Pythons the Meaning of Life... Every Sperm is sacred.

Everyone living on earth today have lived before, we are all reincarnated on earth as a grace for our continued development.
Our deeds is former lives which had not been redeemed are brought to us in our present earth life.
That is why we are incarnated into different circumstances as fashioned by our threads of fate.
