The most popular personal technology is the cellular telephone due to its impact on personal behavior in public places. Cell phone users often find themselves entertaining or possibly irritating bystanders who have to listen to their conversation. Cell phone etiquette has been around as long as the cell phones have, but many users just don’t have the common courtesy to take the call in private or at least keep it short. Instead most disrespectful user are off in their own little world forgetting that they are being heard by everyone around them.

There should be a comma after 'instead' and it should be 'users' instead of 'user'. Also, comma after 'world' in the last sentence.

well I'm no teacher but you have not used the proper wording in the second to last line.......disrespectful user are off in their own little world. If that is incorrect, then I will be failing the tertiary admissions test in 10 days, lol and I'm a dumb ***.
