Rev.12:3,4,6-11,12; Dragon, serpent, Devil and Satan is cast out of heaven to have a short time in the time of the end, then with second coming of Jesus and his heavenly Rev.20:1-6,12,13; no Satan 1000 years, all is made as new as before Eden for heaven and earth, the resurrection goes back to Abel [ no Adam & Eve ], every offspring of Adam possible will be saved, and after 1000 years Rev.20:7-10; no Satan or any like him. All that is perfect remains.

The devil was banished from heaven and thrown to the earth along with his wayward angels to rule in darkness for all eternity.
Eve ate the apple, which God told her not to partake of. Because of this sin God punished all women in child birth with pain as a remembrance of eves sin.
Satan showed himself as a serpent to eve, so because of that God placed a curse on snakes to be hate and feared by all as a remembrance of original sin.

For Adam and Eve;
(Genesis 2:16-17) And Jehovah God also laid this command upon the man: “From every tree of the garden you may eat to satisfaction. 17 But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die.”

For Satan;
(Revelation 20:3) And he hurled him into the abyss and shut [it] and sealed [it] over him, that he might not mislead the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After these things he must be let loose for a little while.

(Revelation 20:10) And the Devil who was misleading them was hurled into the lake of fire and sulphur, where both the wild beast and the false prophet [already were]; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

for snakes.
(Genesis 3:14) And Jehovah God proceeded to say to the serpent: “Because you have done this thing, you are the cursed one out of all the domestic animals and out of all the wild beasts of the field. Upon your belly you will go and dust is what you will eat all the days of your life.

Satan was the serpent.

(Revelation 12:9) So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.

Adam and Eve were driven out of the garden and the wages of their sin was death because they ate from the tree of knowledge which was forbidden and not the tree of life.

The serpent was made to be the lowest of all beast and was made to crawl on it's belly for the rest of eternity!

Eve was given the monthly curse and the pain of child bearing,
Adam had to toil for food since they were sent out of the garden, Adam had to hunt and kill the beast that had been friendly in the garden in order to survive.

Satan took the form of a snake to whisper and tempt Eve, who was not as wise as Adam into eating the fruit.

Adam knew it was wrong to disobey God, but wanted to please Eve more than obey God! First Sin! Some people believe the story of Adam and Eve was the opening of the eyes to sexual actions before God had intended them to,
and that is when they noticed they were naked and hid their bodies.

Snake (serpent)- crawl on belly, eat dirt, get whacked on the head by women

Man- struggle to raise food from the earth his whole life, leave garden of Eden

Woman- subjugated by man, give birth in pain, leave garden of Eden

Satan- not involved in the story about original sin, it's a misconception.
