paint comes out of the front but also out of the paint well at the same time ...i have cleaned everything but water also backfires too. Any ideas.

Take it apart again, including the little washers, soak it all in airbrush cleaner, and look at your diagram that came with it as you put it back together. Also check that the needle isn't bent.
Also it may be the paint, strain it.

How much pressure is there in your air supply? Do you use "tinned wind", in which case the can might be low or if you have a compressor, then perhaps the compressor is not giving a constant supply of air.

There is this small ring in your nozzle. It is the thing that needs most replacement of all parts. When it is damaged it will give you that result.

check your needle it may be bent
or
you may being getting slight clogs
