With Fish you'll need a pretty dry champagne.
Try something like fresh smoked salmon, Russian pancakes and sour cream or as it's breakfast with scrambled eggs.
If you're that way inclined salmon eggs are pretty good too.

All TRUE champagne is dry, Pat !! (above) That's a fundemental part of champagne !!
My advice . .
Do it right, don't skimp on the best - get scottish Salmon if you can, and either Moet or Bollinger champagne (Moet is my choice!!)

i did bagels opened an spread lite creamy cheese on bottom half then thinly sliced salmon on that then put top on an decorate plate wiv cranberries an leaves or mistletoe nudge nudge wink wink sprinkle icin sugar round edge for snow effect
