Out of those three, I'd probably pick the chipotle, but out of chiles chipotle isn't my favorite... Maybe I'd go with the Tabasco once in a while. My favorite hot sauce is called Valentina. I learned to eat it when I was in Mexico City. I like the salsa idea too.

I usually just take some fresh chunky salsa and pop it over the eggs once they're done. But in a pinch I use tabasco around the same time I would add the cheese (y'know, when they're still semi-solid and a little liquidy). If it helps my favorite salsa recipie uses Worcestershire sauce.

Seriously, if you're making cheesy eggs, add the cheese then rather than putting it on top. It goes all gooey as it keeps cooking.

I like Tabasco myself. Chipotle is nice, but it doesn't quite suit me. And I think Worcestershire is just wrong for breakfast.

It depends on what you're having for breakfast although Chipotle or Tabasco is pretty good on almost everything in the morning.

Tapatio sauce! But since I live in England now, Tabasco's all I could get until the local Somerfield's started stocking Cholula.

You gotta work with what you got, sometimes!

Tabasco on the tomatoes, Worcester on my sausages, salt on the eggs, pepper on the bacon and marmite on the toast and mushrooms as they come. And a pint of milk to be healthy!
