I try to buy a game name call "NAMCO X CAPCOM". But is japanese for PS2, I don't know gonne be work or not so, I wanna be sure is good to play at PS3-(US 60GB). Please help me. Thank You!!!

Don't think so, because USA is NTSC U/C region and Japan is NTSC J region. Only PS3 games are region free.

It won't work. PS2 games are region locked and cannot be played on any console from a different region (for example, Jap region games can't be played on un-modded US or UK consoles).
You're best bet would be to get a PS2 and use swap magic (or just a Japaneses PS2).
