What should I do if I 'banged' the back of my head on a field when attempting to catch a football last week?

I also recently got hit in the hard from point blank range when I played soccer this morning. Immediately afterwards, my head started aching and my neck still tingles whenever I turn my neck in slow motion.

Is there any medicine or anything I should do prevent me from me dying due to a brain tumor excessive whiplash(damage to the brain)?

I think you have a concussion or a minor neck injury or both, sweetheart. You can't get a brain tumor from sports, but you need to see a doctor.
