I have a visa card but i have no certain address (www,,,,,,.com) to check my account balance and transaction, who can show my a formal gatway to check my account?

One of my friend open a visa account (cart)and send its number and its details except teh address that present the page i can check my account balance and transactions, who can show me the address?

If you can name the card issuer, then we may be better able to assist you. Visa.com will not provide account information. Your account information comes from the card issuer.
Examples only:
Many Citibank issued cards: www.citicard.com
Capital One issued cards: www.capitalone.com

Look on the back of the card for a web address or 1-800 number. If you call the number, they will give you the address of the web site or you can use the automated system to find your balance.

Call the 24 hour (800) number on the back of the card, and if the website is not on the back of the card, they can tell you the correct website to go to.

Look on the back of your card, you will find an 1800 number to call to access your account balance.

If you have just deposited it then there is no problem just show it to the visa officers and return it but for visa purpose be sure that you show the supporting documents with it
