Your problem is just as common for people who are really in love. During your happy moments you thought that there will be no end, but once that happy moments is no longer there you though it is already the end of the world. You don't want to move, and your mind is blank.

This is what I will tell you my friend, you are still young and you have still a great future to come. Don't let your love life affect your future. Always remember problems in life are only God's ways in order for us to be matured and gain experience so that you we can endure and be successful in a career that God has planned , when God created you.

Moved on, think of your future, and you will fine better life and someone who will love you. If you and your exboyfriend were really meant for each other, history will tell, even how many years had past even if you both are successful already in your chosen career, love will really find the way.

Good luck!

i would not advise you to stop studying...education is the best thing that can happen to anyone...you should be happy that you are fortunate enough to be able to afford an education...aside from that...i think studies is a great way to forget about your bf...it gives you a chance to meet new people when you are ready to move on...when you are surrounded by your friends at school you dont feel too bad because they will cheer you up...

if you're having that hard a time...go for a rest...but go back to your studies once you feel you're okay...dont waste your time and opportunity....probably you wont forget your bf...but time heals...and if you have a good education to back you up...your future would look promising...good luck

It's normal. You're feeling depressed and sad. You'll be over it in a few weeks. Best thing to do, is maybe talk about it with your friends...and try not to slack too much on the academics. Good luck.

You are depressed you poor thing, why don't you go out with your friends and have a good time, don't let an infatuation with someone take control of you. Ignore him and get him out of your head right now because he is not worth ruining your life for. An don't chase him, let him go forever and be glad you did not end up with a jerk.

Self disipline is part of becoming mature. You need to force yourself to do what is necessary. There will aways be times in your life when you want to give up. If you build that strength now, it will be easier for you, and you will enjoy a much happier and more productive life. It is called building character!!

You're experiencing depression.
I suggest that you either find someone that you can talk to about this, or find a doctor who will prescribe one of the antidepressants.

Uh, I take Celexa, one of the SSRI's. It actually works.

The feelings for your ex will pass. Focus on your scholastic career.

your future comes first and before anything else. Your education is only benefited by ONLY YOU and not by anyone else... keep your head up and finish your school. then later you'll focus on materialistics, if i may call it that.
