yoga is spiritual in its nature ,so what it has a direct connection with our creator?

There many kinds of yoga and it's a generic word meaning a "spiritual practice". However in the West, this word has been bastardized to mean only hatha yoga, without any spiritual undertone. I suppose the latter meaning is compatible with Christianity.

The Bible tells us that all things are permitted but not all things are beneficial. I think Yoga falls into a category of things we can do- as Christ has made people free but we have to see how it affects us.
Yes Yoga often does teach "spiritual things" and "ideas" which are incongruent to the Bible and with that you have to be careful. But i have close Christian friends who have tried it - and it helps them with stretching, etc. as an exercise. So it really depends about how firm you are about what you believe and what your purpose for doing Yoga is. If it's for healthiness by all means as long as you're firm about your convictions and beliefs about God.

to use a YoYo takes a bit of practice
to do yoga exercise is to care for body, I don't think that qualifies as "not allowed"
if it connects us to Nature or our Creator, then are you / we a god?

yoga is made by human, unless you want to said yoga is teach by god when he come down and visit this yoga teach and so on... lol.
What does god got to do with your decision of doing yoga, its good for calming you mind, do it and forget about god and believe in yourself.

yoga leads to the path of satan!! it has been clinically proven that yoga influcences your decisions askew from that of god's plan, i would suggest attenpting to excorcise your yoga teacher and stop practising the 'art' at once....
