Can you explain the double standard in your question, please?

First of all your couch does not have a cellular make-up neither does it have a brain - Meaning that it probably wont evolve (Go figure) Another thing is - You want to poke holes in a scientific theory (which is provable) yet anyone with HALF a brain will tell you that your bible is also just as full of wholes! And as a matter of fact - a small example of evolution today: Less people are being born with wisdom teeth, as we no longer need them! Why were they there? To bite off meat... We HAVE evolved... Deal with it... We are still evolving... Make peace with it

Your reasoning is so flawed that I do not have the time to address it.
Creationism is just absurd, though. Do you believe in math? Have you ever seen the Milky Way? Many of those stars are several hundred thousand light years away. This means that the light the project (that is, the image you see) took a few hundred thousand years to get here. If you can see them, then they are much, much older than you claim existence is. There is no way the world is 6,000 years old.
Get real.

Maybe the problem is that some schools are very bad at teaching evolution. That would explain why there are so many questions like this one. These sort of questions make it clear that the person asking really doesn't understand how evolution works.

a.) evolution is fact. If you disagree, debate with a scientist.
b.) things can "fall into place" in very complicated patterns. I can write a four-line computer program that uses randomness to generate complicated patterns.
c.) Of course there's "gaps" in the fossil record. Not every animal that dies leaves a fossil. It's a VERY rare thing. Billions and billions of animals have lived and died on this planet. Do we have a fossil for even one percent of those? Of course not.
d.) learn how to spell.

The truth is that people are brainwashed into believing evolution and they are scared to even allow the alternative creationist view to be discussed.
You can tell from the majority of answers here that all you get is ridicule and abuse rather than sensible discussion on the subject.
There are plenty of non-Christian scientists these days who are questioning and rejecting evolution. The main problem is there isn't a viable naturalistic alternative so the die-hards will cling to it.
Christians are always accused of being closed-minded but the reality is that evolutionists are more closed minded about their belief than most.

Sorry the concept of evolution is too much for your limited brain to grasp. You've actually provided evidence that we need to spend much, much more time teaching evolution, so kids won't grow up so ignorant of how evolution works.

Science in general, biology in particular are not easy to grasp when you did not have the chance to get an education dear. That's OK, just make sure you kids get a chance to get an education....

Every cretinist repeats the same thing.
Answers In Genesis must stay away from terms like phenotypes or cladistics to keep these folks spouting the same nonsense.

I believe that if teaching children how God created the whole universe is illegal because it may offend people the teaching evolution should be illegal because it DEFINITELY offends me!
