The easiest way...tell your dad...that will put an immediate stop to it!
Seriously...dump him...if you have told him once and he did it again...get rid of him. Boys are very curious, but, that doesn't give him the right to do that. Talk to any adult you trust about this or even a 17 year old that has their head on straight. Respect yourself enough to find a better boyfriend.

You need to be honest with him and tell him stop and tell him your feelings about why you feel the way you do. When that does not work because he is a horny 14 year old you need to dumb him. A lot of guys are going to do this to you in the future, better to get some balls and start addressing this situation now.

You say this like you don't expect it from a fourteen-year-old guy.
Even at the far more mature age of 17, about every fourth thought I have somehow involves the word "boobs" or some variation thereof. At fourteen, he's probably doing that about every other time he thinks. It's not his fault, it's just how it is for guys.
Tell him to keep his hands to himself. Chances are good he'll stop.

Telling your father would probably result in the boy never touching your breasts again. If you were my daughter and told me that, I'd break his hands.
Otherwise, tell him to stop or you're through with him. Simple.

Tell him that they belong to you and that you will decide who touches them, when they touch them, and where they will touch them. Tell him that if he does not like that, he can hit the road. Don't ever let a guy intimidate you. You are in charge of your own body. Have self respect and the determination to be a strong woman. If you don't you will be used and mistreated.

just tell him that you don't want him to touch your breasts. if he's an understanding guy then he'll stop. if not then you better find a nice boyfriend...

The best way is through Communication. Tell him that you do not feel comfortable or you would like to take things a little slower and that he is rushing things. Hope that helps

its crazy isnt it. at 13 and 14 you guys are touching breasts and answering boy friend and girl friend. have you done your home work today? or arent you in school? you should be touching your books not your boobs! damn!!!!!

Tell him you are not comfortable with him touching your breasts, and push his hands away. If he continues, you should break up with him because it's obvious he doesn't respect you.
