there is this boy who i don't like at all. he used to be friends until he started annoying me. He is not really annoying is just that i want my space and i do not want to talk to him anymore. I try avoiding him and he finds me. I purposely don't tell him where I am going. I know it's normal in a friendship to want to be around someone but i don't. I don't like him walking me to class. Sometimes i like walking to class alone. I know i am annoying person myself because i nag. I have tried being blunt to him and i have ignored him. I just don't like him for no reason. what should i do? I don't hate him. i'll still want to do nice things for him but i just want him to leave. Not to leave completely but stop always being there.

If you can't get him to respect your space (which he ought to do, the way he's acting is wrong), then maybe you should ask a friend or a teacher or a parent to talk to him for you and tell him that you just need some space.

I know it is hard not wanting to totally hurt someones feelings. Just start hanging out with more friends have two of three more people walk you to class. He may feel like you have kinda moved on or got bored talking to him but if you do that then he may just go talk to someone else for awhile. It may be worth a shot to give yourself some space from him. I have tried that and it works. and you also spare some feelings too.

I would start by emailing him this question
talk to him, sit him down and let him know if this behavior does not stop even your friendship will end, if he's worth keeping as a friend, he'll get it
if not just tell him straight out to get lost!

Stop doing the nice things for him because you are sending him mixed signals. Then ask soemone (one of your other friends...better if they are a male) to walk you to class and he should get the idea, good luck.

You may need to meet with him and tell him how you really feel and try to come up with a solution that you both will feel comfortable with.

when you want him gone, just say to him: "Make like a tree, and leaf !!" Then say "Put an egg in your shoe--and beat it", then say "Make like a banana--and split". If none of those work, say: "Make like a sheppard, and get the FLOCK out of here"
