Absolutely without a doubt! God expects us to, this is our duty as His servant.

I can lead him /or her, God will give me the words to say, but the ultimate decision is theirs, because God will never turn His back on you.

So in other words, I can lead but, I can't per say save them that is God's job. I'm just His servant.

If I had the power to save someone--even a stranger--I hope that I would. But I cannot save anyone. Only Jesus Christ can save someone's soul.

If your life is in danger the police or fireman to be there to save you to them your a stranger and they save souls every day

No. You cannot "save" someone, unless that involves preventing them from bodily harm.

Sure. I would hope that God was behind it. I could tell them things, but God has to want them, and they have to want to know God.
