No.
The world in general is not "more accepting of Jehovah's Witnesses". Clearly, Jesus Christ accurately described our day.
(John 15:19-21) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you. 20 Bear in mind the word I said to you, A slave is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will persecute you also; if they have observed my word, they will observe yours also. 21 But they will do all these things against you on account of my name, because they do not know him that sent me.

I don't think so. In the U.K news the other day a JW refused blood transfusion in child birth, leaving 2 twins with no mother. So sad.
If they call I tell them if my mum had been a JW I would'nt be here today. (Blood transfusion at the age of 5 to save my life)
So I do feel strongly about this.

I always have been, they not any worse than any other religion, and at least willing to sacrifice something for their belief. But I don't think so otherwise, most people are still pretty misinformed about their religion. To me they fall under the Christian blanket just like Babtist or Catholics. To my knowledge most Christians or Jehowahs Witnesses would resent that statement, but the doctrine is basicly the same.

I think people are drifting more and more away from religion in general, including JWs. The concept of religion should not exist! The first evidence of religion started with Cain, when he decided to worship God the way he saw was right, instead of concentrating on being obedient. In addition, salvation does not happen in groups. Salvation is an individual reward from our Heavenly Father. We must concentrate on building a strong and healthy relationship with Him by acquiring accurate knowledge of Bible truth and by helping spread out the good news of His kingdom to others.

No, I don't think so. And since we're in the last days, shouldn't persecution increase?

As long as they don't come knocking on my door at 7 o'clock in the morning (of any time of day, for that matter), they're cool with me. Do what makes you happy.

I know I'm not. They annoy me when they try to stop me when I'm walking down the street. I could care less about their pamphlets or what they have to say. I have my own beliefs.
