I would think the greatest challenge to being a Christ-like leader today is the being Christ-like part. If you were Christ-like it should not be hard to be a good leader.

Giving into your self at the exclusion of the food of your fellow man you are to lead. To overcome that fault use Jesus as an example. He always said he could do nothing of himself. Or whatever he heard or saw his Father do, Jesus would do the same thing.

Jesus as a human example for Christian believers always relied on His Heavenly Father for his strength and life.

All of us believers can do the same thing.. There are some that say you need to be baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit to have that kind of power to live a resurrected life. Then you are truly saved. I don't know if I completely agree with that part but I do know the Holy Spirit is necessary to live a godly life.

When Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist he was also baptized with the Holy Ghost when it descended upon him like a dove.

Preaching the truth and wholly relying on His word to save. And not falling into herasy by preaching false doctrine. And the best way in know how to overcome that is learn every religion fully and all views then read multiple thealogions on Gods word and apply it to how they interpret His word but dont read any theologion past 1980 read Vos Vantil and the greatest John Calvin.

Spreading the love of Christ to people who have had harsh lives and cannot see the glory of God in their daily circumstances. It simply isn't convincing to them if they hear about God but cannot feel him.

It makes more sense to nonbelievers if we Christians attempt to personify Jesus through our actions and wait for him to soften their hearts before getting into Christianity.
