If you can stand it in your mouth, so far I can't, and my dentist said the one she would make cost 250 bucks, I am hoping some changes in diet and a better job of cleanup will take care of my problems, sinsodyne toothpaste helps tremendously with the sensitive teeth, I use it everyday. Sometimes twice a day while I have been working with my medical doc to try and stop the grinding, its a battle both ways but we can win it, we just have to hang in there until we get the answer. Good luck!!

Yes... It's the same type of mold of the teeth that the dentist would charge big $$ to do for you......
A lot cheaper too.................

Yes, just make sure you get the correct size, or it will be uncomfortable.
