I'd have to say a Field Goal Kicker in the NFL. All technique harrnessed in power then transfered into a football.

I can kick pretty damn hard as alot of martial artist can, but I can't kick a 20 yard field goal for the life of me!!!

Weightlifters probably can't even kick! Tons of muscle and if harnessed well can probably break walls down. But they probably couldn't lift thier legs that high and generate enough of that power to do so.

Angle plays a factor here for sure, but I say Muay Thai FIRST then Field Goal kicker second.

Power is a result of form, speed, weight, shifting and a few other variables. Since the weightlifter is not necessarily trained on proper technique, their power would be severely lacking. The other four would depend on application (just breaking boards, breaking bones, kicking balls far, etc). If you're talking just shear pounds per square inch - it would be a toss up between the martial artists, based on body weight. More weight to shift should equal more power.

This question makes no sense. With out knowing the individual one cannot know their power, only the form of the art they practice. What type of kick?

It's a toss up, but I would go with a muay thai fighter

Strong kicks are highly overrated. I have tree trunks for legs but...

I would rather execute a well placed toe kick that can cause the unfortunate receiver to get a bloodclot, any day.
