We should find a church that teaches the Whole Bible and not forsake the assembling of ourselves together.
Read the Holy Bible and through prayer and worship and spending time with the Lord daily. Not a denomination or religion.

It will work as well as claiming to be a Christian and then ignoring Christ's precepts.
Salvation = Grace
Rewards in Heaven = works after salvation

No not by just being a member of a church, or denomination, or just attending the church of your choice. Your right, it really boils down to your personal relationship with Jesus christ. You have to walk the walk, and talk the talk. Get saved, follow the 10 commandments, ask for forgiveness when you have sinned. There are pleanty of people that sit through church, don't listen to the mesage, don't pray or study the bible. God knows your heart, and if you are following his mesage

No, I don't believe belonging to a particular religion or denomination guarantees eternity in heaven. I believe we are all judged individually not collectively.

Agree? Yes...though I would say it involves having a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

The answer is no.

However, if the denomination you are in does not preach or teach the truth, then you need to leave it behind and find fellowship with those who do.

A personal relationship with Christ is always in your favor, but you also must search out the Scriptures and read and study exactly what it means to have a relationship with Jesus...

Jesus said, I am the Way, the truth and the Life no one comes to the father accept through me".

If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and has risen from the death, you shall be saved.

Only Jesus can guarantees your eternity in heaven. All denomination are the means but we cannot prove or judge who is right or wrong. God reveals the truth to us when we walk closely with Him.

Just read the Bible...you will find the hidden secrets revealed

No, I do not believe you must belong to a particular religion, church, or denomination to get to heaven. You only need a personal relationship with Jesus..... So, yes....we agree.

I think it's a good thing too. Otherwise, I think a lot of folks would never get to heaven.

I agree 100% But I fell church IS important!! I personally really LOVE and enjoy my Church and worshipping with others, learning different ways to see the bible's teachings. But no...going to church, belonging to a religion, or certian denomination DOES not guaruntee your ticket to Heaven!!

No, the only thing that guarantees eternity in heaven is the blood of Jesus Christ applied to the sinful person.

No, not all Christian denominations will go to heaven. They must live according to Isaiah 20:8 "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them." Also in 1 John 2:4 "He that saith, I know Him [Jesus Christ], and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." So that means all those so-called Christians who have done away with God's Ten Commandments are not going to be saved. But God is a loving God and in 2 Peter 3:9 He says: "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." "LET THE WICKED FORSAKE his WAY, AND THE UNRIGHTEOUS MAN his THOUGHTS: AND LET him RETURN UNTO THE LORD, AND HE WILL HAVE MERCY UPON him; AND TO OUR GOD, FOR HE WILL ABUNDANTLY PARDON." Isaiah 55:7 And here's a text for the Atheists: "THE FOOL HATH SAID IN HIS HEART, THERE IS NO GOD. THEY ARE CORRUPT, THEY HAVE DONE ABOMINABLE WORKS, THERE IS NONE THAT DOETH GOOD. Psalm 14: 1

I do agree with what you are saying and we are to remember that Jesus died for us on the cross, we are to confess our sins daily, pray often, read our Bible's daily, we are to be in a worship church and we are to do our best to be Christ like in each and everything that we do and say.
