So yeah what should we do. I like her, she likes me. We're dating but we're afraid to go any further. She has problems with trusting me, and I have problems with like...getting up and running. Like I'll like a person but if I feel like I like that person too much I'll get over the girl and end it. Her problem is that she doesn't trust easily no matter who it is. I know trust can't be given easily and it has to be worked at. Should I continue to just try to build up trust with her?

Oh yeah, this is our 3rd try. And yeah we are taking it slow, like super slow. I haven't even kissed her yet...but this is something that we are both working at.

I already told her that the running away thing was my problem but I didn't want it to be that way with her, so I'm working on my phobia as well.

Take things super super slow...only proceed when both of you are comfortable doing so. Another idea... it might just be too comfortable finding someone else with the same commitment issues... I generally believe things are much easier when you find that one special person. At that time, commitment issues will likely not exist. Good luck! Patience patience patience!

Wow, this is like the joke, "How do porcupines mate? Very carefully." Maybe you've given her reason to be afraid of trusting you by telling her you run from anyone who actually likes you. Therefore, as soon as she shows she likes you, you'll leave. Therefore, there's no reason for her to trust you. You have to get over your own issues first before you can ask her to trust you. That probably means you should get some counseling. If you're in school, ask the school about it. If you're not, try asking at a local church: sometimes they know about local programs you can afford.

If you don't stop running, you'll be alone all your life. If this girl is someone you want to be with, invest the time in he rand your relationship.

depending on your ages, if you want a future together, then get some pre marital counceling. if you are young and not ready for committment then keep dating and see if these things will break off.

SOME PEOPLE WERE MEANT TO BE MARRIED AND COMMITMENT ORIENTED, AND SOME OTHER PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER BE MARRIED OR COMMITED TO ANY ONE PERSON. IT DOESNT MEAN A PERSON CANT CHANGE BUT ITS TOUGH TO CHANGE A LOOSE GOOSE INTO A COMMITED GOOSE.

yes, try to give her time to trust you, and fall deeply in love...Habe fun, don't hang on her too much but be there when you say you will and be really sympathetic, but not "cry on my shoulder" sympathetic.
Good luck=]
