The reason people say it's bad is because alchohol is a suppressant and caffiene is a stimulant. So you are taking uppers and downers at the same time. There have been some reports that it causes irregular heartbeat and anxious feelings. But if you normally drink redbull and normally drink alchohol and have no problems, mixing them will carry a low risk.

Some people consider this drink dangerous, since alcohol is a depressant while the caffeine in Red Bull is a stimulant. Because of this it may put strain on the heart. Two people died in Sweden after drinking vodka Red Bull. However, the coroner did not find any direct link between the drink and the deaths. i have heard it does mess up your kidneys, and liver more then other mixed drinks. energy drinks are very hard on your body from what i understand from local news. i've heard of rage-rs passing out due to red bull, vodka, and the intense dancing. i'm in southern california.

Dehydration is the big risk. Caffeine and alcohol both dehydrate. It's caused some deaths, but I'd imagine that other factors (lots of dancing and sweating and heat) were involved.

epends on you but studies have shown major halusinations and black outs in some drinkers. Others may go on partying for hours after the party ends. Plus it's killer on the liver.
