I happen to see this girl virtually everyday on way to my Workplace. Even she looks at me. should i speak to her?
I find her very cute? how should i approach her?

smile and say hello, do this a couple of times. if you come on to her too strong or too soon, she'll think you're being a sleaze

Being to afraid to approach a girl is a big turnoff. You have to be confident enough not to ask a question like that. Just ask her for her name and number.That will make you intentions known without giving too much information. Then wait a couple of days to call. Don't stay on the phone long. Ask her out and get off the phone. Confidence is key though. If you don't have it. Fake it.

Start by making a point to make eye contact and smile at her. If she responds in kind then the next day make eye contact again and say "hi". This will help you feel more confident about actually speaking to her. The next day I would just start a conversation, if you feel comfortable asking her out at that point go for it if not just continue making conversation with her until you are

Yeah, grow some balls and just approach her when you get some free time on your hands. the worst thing she can say is no so it's not a big deal, just go over there with a opener prepared and introduce yourself. after that, you take the conversation from there. be sure to get her number before you leave.

Say hello. Women can talk, and if she's smiling at you it's a good sign. When she says hello back, ask her what she does in your building. You will know in a few seconds if she is really interested. It's not that hard.

How about Hello or whatsup? or Hi? Find something to talk about. Just ask questions like "did you see w/e you saw last night on tv" ...Just stay away form the weather cliche.

so you see he every day then you should just go up and talk to her... i'm pretty sure she wont mind... don't be scared... it's just talking most girls wait for the guy to make the first move... so make the first move... then after you do that you will find out if she is interested or not... just go for it

Start a conversation! Ask her a question, comment on what she's wearing, just be nice! It doesn't matter if it's the weather or her name, be confident and she will respond well.

just go up and say 'hey' when she says hey back, you go 'do you like working here? (add whatever you think about work)' listen to her reply carefully and sile. then say 'well, i better get back to work, talk to you later?' if she nods or says yes, that means she will talk to you later. U can do the same with boys lol.

start with a friendly hello. get her to communicate with you in that way first. then start by telling her how nice she looks today. ease your way into it just to see if she digs you then ask her out on a date. good luck
