I mean a place that has top notch quality and not necessarily the cheapest price, but reasonable. Wal-mart is out. Winkflash is also out. HORRIBLE quality from both those places. Plus I'm a half-decent photographer and some of my photos look "professional" and are arty, I don't want an ignorant, nosy employee thumbing through MY work and telling me someone else shot it.

I'm a professional, and I use PE Photo.
They have software you can download- put together a package- and order. Their shipping is reasonable and their print prices are GREAT..
The software also lets you know if your photo is printable at the size requested-- they have different "levels" They'll tell you if it's going to look great, Good, okay, or DONT DO IT. Nice information to have.
I highly recommend them.
