You are probably so stressed out from nothing. If there is a guy who is stressing you, forget it for now and tell him to back off till you get through. You may be getting migraines from stress, and you should have your eyes examined too.
Try to stay calm during the exams and clear your mind of everything else. Just study and forget the rest. Have a good state of mind and confidence in yourself, I am sure you will do good.=====

The most reasonable likelyhood is that you are having a tension headache. There are some things which can help, but the most important is relaxation. Most people feel when exams are coming, they cannot take time for relaxation. However, appropriate relaxation, improves your ability to concentrate.
For the headache you can try taking eiter acetaminophen (tylenol/paracetamol) or ibuprophen. I also find excedrin helpful for headaches. Go to a darkened room, turn off all noise except maybe soft music (heavy metal does not apply here) try to relax you muscles. Put a cool compress over your eyes.
Additionally, you can try some accupressure points. For acute pain find a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, the headache should disappear or decrease within 30 seconds. For forehead pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.
Be sure to get ample fluid intake. Also watch your intake of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant, but it is also a vasoconstrictor. Migraine pain is caused by vasodilation in the cranial blood vessels (expansion of the blood vessels), while common headache pain is caused by vasoconstriction (narrowing of the blood vessels). During a migraine, inflammation of the tissue surrounding the brain, i.e., neurogenic inflammation, exacerbates the pain. By over using caffeine you can cause a common type headache pain.
A brewed cup of coffee (6oz.) contains about 60-100 mg. of caffeine. Soft drink beverages contain about 30-60 mg. per 8 oz. servings.
Hope your headache gets better, if not, see your family doctor.
Good Luck on your exams!

Stress sucks! You need more focus to prepare, but to do that you have 2 calm yourself & relax. If it's an important exam it's as though you have the fight or flight response going & it's hard to relax. If you can, take a bath. If your old enough to legally partake, have half of one & refocus! If taking a walk or playing a puzzle game ( like on Popcap ) works, then do that.
It's kind of like looking for your lost keys when you are late for work. The panick to find them right this minute blinds you to the fact that they were right in front of you the whole time. When you eventually calm down , you just run into them without trying too! Good luck!
P.S. Sinuses & seasonal allergies can give headaches too. If you have coffee & an Ibuprophen, or Sudafed to help those, that could help. Maybe WebMD -if you don't think it's just stress- can give you ideas to help. If you've had headaches more than 3 days I'd call the Dr. Have you slept? Eaten? These can be culprits too! Good luck!
